Our Services
StyleMaster Homes provides a range of services. Our minimum service is to construct your new home on your lot using plans you have developed. Other services may include helping our customers with lot acquisition, home design, interior design and choosing selections. StyleMaster Homes also builds and sells spec homes, which we carefully design to meet customers' needs.
Custom Home Process
Contrary to the way many builders work, at StyleMaster Homes an owner of the company is present at your job site almost every day of the work week.
Our custom home process begins with giving you, our customer, our Home Construction Manual, which guides you through the entire process of home construction. We then start the lot acquisition and home design phases, if our help is needed in those phases. Prior to the beginning of construction, we have a pre-construction meeting which goes over the details of the home, confirms the process and provides you with our construction schedule.
During construction you are encouraged to visit your home often. In addition, we conduct two formal walk-throughs at critical points during the process.
Upon completion of your home, StyleMaster Homes will present you with your final HomeProfile Manual, which contains all the information about your new home, including all your warranties and owners manuals. We also provide this information on a CD and on our website for easy retrieval. StyleMaster Homes also provides you with a toll-free number and a website specifically for making and tracking any warranty claims that you might have.
